Program/Service Notes:
The Harvest Basket Food Program provides supplemental weekly food to seniors, disabled and those with a catastrophic illness/injury. A member receives a weekly average value of food worth $20-30. The items given each Tuesday are produce, dairy, bread and once a month, meat. Harvest Basket is run by over 38 volunteers. The drivers pick up food 5 days a week from Elkhart area supermarkets.
