Family Caregiver Support Program - Information

The Resource and Assistance Department (Link-Age, Indiana's Aging and Disability Resource Center) maintains extensive resource information covering topics related to aging and disability. For Your Information Resource Guides are available for each of the 5 counties in the service area. Topics range from Advocacy and Adult Day Services to Veterans Benefits and Transportation. These resource guides can be ordered by mail.
