NOMINATIONS NOW OPEN
22nd Annual Age of Excellence Awards Luncheon Event
We are joyfully preparing once again to celebrate unsung heroes in our six-county service area of Elkhart, Fulton, Kosciusko, LaPorte, Marshall and St. Joseph Counties. These heroes are spouses, sons, daughters, neighbors, friends, businesses and professionals who give of themselves to care for the elderly and low-income in our communities. We hope you’ll take just a few moments to nominate one or more caregivers, professionals, agencies, programs or businesses who serve others. All nominations must be received by the deadline of 4:00 p.m. on March 9, 2018. Just click on the ‘NOMINATE SOMEONE HERE!’ button above (which also includes nomination descriptions). The nomination categories are: (1) Business of the Year, (2) the Wyatt Mick Volunteer of the Year, (3) Caregiver of the Year, (4) Professional of the Year, (5) the Les Fox Hoosier Lifetime Award, (6) Change Agent of the Year, (7) Agency/Program Serving Low-income Award, and (8) Sgt. Shriver Lifetime Achievement. Each nominee will receive a complimentary reservation for the 2018 Age of Excellence Luncheon Event and a discounted ticket for one of their own invited guests. In addition, each nominee will be recognized with a certificate acknowledging their kind acts to those in need.
